Our services

From the supplier's gate to your site.

Four tightly-integrated service lines: we collect your cargo anywhere in the world, fly or ship it to Nigeria, clear it through the ports, and haul it inland to your door.

Service 01

Sea Freight

Worldwide ocean shipping — picked up at the supplier's gate, delivered to your door in Nigeria. From a single pallet on a shared container to project cargo on charter, sea freight is our heaviest-volume lane.

FCL · LCL Project Cargo Door-to-Door
01

FCL — full container load

20-ft, 40-ft and 40-ft HC containers from any major port worldwide to Apapa, Tin Can or PHC. Sealed at origin, opened at destination.

02

LCL — less than container load

Cost-efficient consolidation for smaller shipments — your cargo grouped with others until it warrants its own container.

03

Project cargo & breakbulk

Oversize, out-of-gauge, heavy-lift — generators, transformers, rig parts, plant. Moved on flat racks, open tops or roll-on/roll-off.

04

Insurance, tracking & documentation

Cargo insurance arranged on request. Bill of Lading, commercial invoice and packing list consolidated into a single file you can audit.

Service 02

Air Freight

When the cargo can't wait for a ship. Spares for a stalled line, a medical consignment, time-critical electronics — booked at the right rate, on the next available flight.

Express & standard Perishables Door-to-Door

General air cargo

Most-frequent lane — pickup at origin, booked on scheduled freighters or belly capacity into Lagos and Abuja.

Express / time-critical

Spares for a stopped production line. A part for a rig in shutdown. Booked on the next available flight, tracked the whole way.

Perishables & pharma

Temperature-sensitive cargo with the right ULDs, the right airline, and the right clearance team waiting at the airport.

Charter & outsize

For cargo that can't be split or palletised conventionally — full or part charter arranged with our forwarder network.

Service 03

Clearing & Forwarding

End-to-end customs clearance at Nigerian ports — documentation, duty, examination, release. The seam most logistics goes wrong at, handled by the same team that booked your freight.

Apapa · Tin Can PHC · Onne Air & Sea ports
01

Pre-arrival documentation

Form M registration, Pre-Arrival Assessment Report (PAAR), and SONCAP / NAFDAC coordination — completed before the vessel docks.

02

Customs duty & assessment

Duty valuation, HS-code classification, and direct engagement with the Nigerian Customs Service for timely release.

03

Physical examination & release

On-site coordination with examining officers and terminal operators to get your cargo gate-passed without demurrage.

04

Delivery ex-port

Container positioning, stuffing / destuffing, and immediate hand-off to our haulage team — no idle days at the terminal.

Service 04

Inland Haulage

From the port to all 36 states. Containerised, flat-bed, or breakbulk — moved to your warehouse, plant or job site under one consignment number and one accountable team.

36 states Heavy & oversize Tracked end-to-end

Container haulage

20-ft & 40-ft containers from port to destination, sealed and tracked the entire route.

Flat-bed & breakbulk

Iron rods, pipes, steel coils, machinery — strapped, tarpaulined and routed correctly.

Heavy & oversize

Plant, transformers, project cargo on low-bed trailers with escort coordination where required.

Proof of delivery

Signed POD at offload, photo records, and a clean closeout — same team that took it out of the port.

How quoting works

A clear cost breakdown. No surprise line items.

We treat the quote like the contract — what we put on the line is what you pay. Three steps, typically inside 24 hours.

01

Share shipment details

Origin, destination, cargo type, weight & volume. Bill of Lading or pro-forma invoice if you have one — email or WhatsApp.

02

Receive itemised quote

Freight, duty estimate, handling, haulage, insurance — broken out line by line so you can audit it.

03

Approval triggers operations

One account manager, one consignment number, one team accountable from origin pickup to door delivery.

Send us your shipping documents.

We'll come back with a full quote within 24 hours — and we'll tell you honestly if we aren't the right fit.
